This definately leaves you feeling tingly and kind of horny as the other person put it. How ever you want to describe the sensation, the one thing I can say is it is great. I tried two of the flavors available. I really enjoyed the Cherry Vanilla but I thought the mint tasted a little too much like toothpaste. The mint gets three stars but the Cherry gets five! Overall I liked the effect of the mint, but not the taste. I will stick with the Cherry Vanilla.
